As part of this exchange program, we would like to give 15 children from Kenya/Africa the opportunity to come to Vorarlberg for two months in the winter of 2025.

During this time, one activity in particular will be the focus: dancing together with local children. However, the focus will not be primarily on the children’s dancing skills, but rather on getting to know each other’s cultures and social interaction among peers from different backgrounds.

In addition to participating in regular dance classes at the Hofsteig Music School in Wolfurt, the Kenyan children will also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of excursions and activities in Vorarlberg. This will allow them to gather as many impressions of our region as possible, which they will hopefully remember for a long time.

True to our motto “Dancing Together, Bridging Worlds,” this exchange project will culminate in a large public dance performance featuring Kenyan and local children. Young talents from a German and a Dutch dance school will also participate in the event.

To realize this project, we rely primarily on sponsorships and donations. Only you can help us give these 15 girls and boys from Kenya an unforgettable experience.
