Dear supporters,

Thanks to you, for the whole of 2024 we were able to facilitate swimming classes for the 300+ Korando Primary School students, fulfilling a key requirement of Kenya’s school curriculum and giving the children access to life-changing experiences. For many, it was their very first time in a real swimming pool.

For a full year, your generosity allowed them to learn, laugh, build confidence, and gain a vital life skill. 

But since March, the funds have unfortunately run out, and our swimming classes have come to a halt. No swimming means disappointed children — and missed learning and growth opportunities.

But there’s good news: with the help of new and passionate volunteers on the ground, we’re ready to relaunch the program and bring the joy of swimming back to our students for 2025/ 2026!

We already have a great relationship with a nearby hotel (just an 8-minute walk from our center) that has agreed once again to provide access to their swimming pool at a generously discounted rate.

Now, all we need is your support to make it happen — again.

### How You Can Make a Difference

We’re raising funds to restart daily swimming classes (from Kindergarten to Grade 9)  for another year. Every donation will go directly towards the access to the hotel pool for regular structured swimming lessons.

Daily pool access:

1 month: KES 35,000 = €240

3 months: KES 100,000 = €720

6 months: KES 200,000 = €1,440

12 months: KES 400,000 = €2,880
